Issue tracking for engineering teams

Track the work.
Then hand it to an agent.

Boards, tickets, a knowledge base and test runs at an address of your own — and a runner on your own machine that picks up a card, works in your repository and comes back with a diff you review where the card is.

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 10 people. Nothing to install.

vibe-in-one.vibeinone.ca
A Vibe In One board named Platform, with cards VIO-1 to VIO-13 spread across Backlog, To Do, In Progress, In Review and Done, each with labels and an assignee.

One workspace, at your address

Your own subdomain and your own database, not a folder inside somebody else’s. Rename it, brand it, invite whoever you like.

Agent work runs on your machines

The runner is yours, on hardware you control. It dials out; nothing listens on it and no port is opened.

Bring your own AI keys

Your provider, your account, your bill from them. A workspace here includes no model and no credits.

Run from Québec

A Canadian company. Your workspace runs on Cloudflare’s network — the hosted terms say exactly where and who touches it.

Product

Everything the work needs, in one place

The board, the page that explains it, the test that proves it and the number that says how long it took. One search, one login, one bill.

Boards and tickets

Columns you name, cards with labels, assignees, due dates, dependencies and a key of your own — VIO-142 is a card, a branch and a search. Comments, attachments and activity live on the card, and everybody watching the board sees the move as it happens.

Knowledge base and canvases

Pages in spaces, linked to the boards they document, edited by several people at once with presence and cursors. Canvases for the diagram that never survives being a document.

Test cases and runs

Write the cases once, run them as a suite, record what passed and what did not, and file the failure as a card without leaving the run.

Analytics

Throughput, cycle time, where work waits and who is carrying it — counted from the board’s own history rather than from anything you have to fill in. Nothing is sent anywhere to produce it.

GitHub and CI

Branches, pull requests and checks against the card they belong to, so the state of the work is on the board rather than in three tabs. Webhooks in, automations out.

Mobile and passkeys

The whole app on a phone, installable, with drag and drop that works with a thumb, plus an Android build. Sign in with a passkey, or with a password and a second factor.

Agents

A card an agent can pick up

Assign a card to the AI assignee and a runner of yours claims it: it clones the repository, reads the card and the pages it links to, does the work, and pushes a branch with the diff attached to the card. You review it there, like a colleague’s.

  • Install the runner on the machine that already has your toolchain, your tests and your credentials.
  • It dials out over one outbound connection. Nothing is exposed and no firewall rule is needed.
  • The agent CLI is logged in as you. Your code reaches your runner and your provider, and never us.
  • Linux, macOS and Windows — download the runner and run its installer.
$ ./install.sh https://vibe-in-one.vibeinone.ca --token …
  node 22.11.0 ok

Getting started

Three steps, and none of them is a call

1

Create a workspace

Pick a name and you have an address. Ours is vibe-in-one.vibeinone.ca; yours is whatever you type. You are its administrator from the first second.

2

Invite your team

Add accounts, put them on boards, give them roles. Up to 10 people on the trial, and a seat handed back the day somebody is deactivated.

3

Connect a runner

Download it, run the installer on a machine of yours, paste the address and the single-use token from Settings, and watch the machine appear.

Pricing

One plan. One number.

No tiers to compare, no feature held back for a bigger contract. Everybody gets the whole product.

Team

$10USD per person, per month

Billed monthly. Tax, where it applies, is on top.

  • 14 days free, for up to 10 people, on every new workspace. No card to enter.
  • Every feature: boards, knowledge base, canvases, tests, analytics, automations, agents.
  • A seat is an account that can sign in. Deactivating somebody frees it the same day.
  • After the trial, without a subscription, the workspace turns read-only. Everything stays readable.
  • Nothing is ever deleted for not paying.

FAQ

The questions that decide it

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

Each workspace has a database and a file store of its own, on Cloudflare’s network, in the location nearest whoever first used it. There is no region guarantee today and the terms say so rather than implying otherwise. Nothing automated reads your content: no analytics pipeline, no telemetry, no training on anything of yours. The hosted terms list exactly what is stored and who else touches it.

Where does the agent actually run?

On a machine of yours. You install a runner on it, it dials out to your workspace — nothing listens, so no port is opened and no firewall rule is needed — and it works in a checkout of your own repository. Your code goes to your runner and your AI provider, never to us.

Which AI providers can we use?

Yours. The runner drives an agent CLI that is logged in to your own account, and any provider keys you set live in your workspace’s Settings. The model bills you directly under your agreement with that vendor; a workspace here includes no model, no credits and no machine to run them on.

What happens when the 14 days are up?

The workspace becomes read-only. Everybody can still sign in, everything is still there and everything is still readable — you simply cannot add to it until a subscription starts. Nothing is ever deleted for not paying. Starting a subscription makes it writable again the same day.

How are seats counted?

A seat is an account that can sign in and has not been deactivated — the number your own Settings → Users screen shows, and the only number we invoice from. The count is taken on the day each invoice is raised, and deactivating somebody frees their seat the same day.

Is the price in US dollars, and is tax included?

The price is $10 USD per person per month. Tax, where it applies, is on top; your card issuer converts to your own currency at checkout, so a price in dollars is not a bill in dollars.
