Start a Vibe In One workspace
Issue tracking, Kanban boards, a knowledge base and live collaboration, at an address of your own. Nothing to install.
Free for 14 days, for up to 10 people. After that it is $10 per person per month — a person being an account that can sign in and has not been deactivated, which is the number your own Settings → Users screen shows. Deactivating somebody frees their seat the same day. One trial per organisation.
At the end of the 14 days, without a subscription, a workspace becomes read-only: everybody can still sign in, everything is still there and everything is still readable. Nothing is ever deleted for not paying.

Your workspace is ready
You are the administrator. Sign in with the username and password you just chose.
Connect a runner
Vibe In One runs a board's agent work on your machine — the one with the toolchain, the GPU, the test rig. Nothing listens on it: the runner dials out, so no port is opened and no firewall rule is needed. Every workspace brings its own, hosted or not.
Download the runner — Linux, macOS or Windows — and run its installer on that machine. There is nothing to clone and nothing else to fetch. Then go to Settings → Runner machines → Add machine in your new workspace, name the machine, and paste in the address and single-use token it shows you; the same buttons and the same steps are on that page.
You will need Node 20+, git, and an agent CLI
(claude or opencode) installed and
logged in as the user the service runs as; the installer
checks all three, tells you what to type for any that are missing, and then
waits until your board has heard from the machine.
The rest is in Settings
AI provider keys, a GitHub token, SMTP for notifications and your runner machines are all yours and all live in your workspace's Settings — the same place a self-hosted install keeps them. We hold none of them for you.
